🔎 The ideal candidate:

• Has solid actuarial knowledge and a strong understanding of pricing principles

• Brings 2–3 years of experience in RCA pricing

• Demonstrates strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking

• Is proficient in Excel; knowledge of SQL and/or Python is a plus

• Has a good command of English (written and spoken)

• Is a team player, eager to learn, and motivated to drive innovation

📊 Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain pricing models for MTPL and other insurance products

• Analyze technical performance indicators and portfolio evolution

• Propose and implement pricing adjustments based on in-depth analysis

• Assess the impact of legislative and market changes on pricing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on pricing and elasticity strategies

• Actively contribute to team and company objectives

• Work closely with colleagues across departments in a dynamic environment

• Analyze, propose, and implement relevant solutions in the field
