Requirements

•
University degree/diploma (e.g. in business, management, economics, etc)
•
English & Dutch (fluent, verbally and written)
•
2 years’ experience working in Customer Service
•
Intermediate MS Office (Excel, Access) skills
•
Familiarity with SAP ERP systems and tools an advantage
•
Continuous improvement mindset
•
Experience working in a multi-lingual international organization
•
Financial and Commercial skills + analytical ability
•
Able to work under pressure and in periods with peaks
•
Broad knowledge of the automotive industry / market

Responsibilities

•
Elaborate calculations, specific calculations and S&LB pricing ;
•
Contribute to conversion to better performing offers ;
•
Being able to determine a comparable alternative in order to improve efficiency ;
•
Provide excellent customer service, with the ability to build productive relationships ;
Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency ;
