YOUR TASKS

• Design, develop, and optimize all aspects of the manufacturing processes including safety, quality control, and efficiency.
• Prepare process diagrams, operation manuals and provide training to staff as required.
• Analyze current practices and manufacturing data to identify areas of improvement and recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing team members to implement new product development processes or design changes.
• Perform process simulations and risk analyses as needed, to drive process improvements and cost savings.
• Develop best practices, routines, and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output.
• Manage and coordinate with external suppliers and technology providers to meet project goals and timelines.
• Keep up to date with the latest technology trends or emerging methods in process engineering.
• Ensure all manufacturing safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all time.
• Perform process validation and testing to ensure consistencies in processes and product outcomes.
  

Your Qualifications

• Previous experience in Automotive Industry;
• University degree;
• Proactive and willing to communicate and collaborate well with your colleagues from all levels of organization;
• Confident in making decisions and problem solving oriented;
• Flexible to work with changes and to handle multiple tasks;
• Strong skills both written and verbal in English;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
• Experience in production processes and technologies
