• Actively design and develop a modern, efficient process organization across the company.

• Analyse, optimize, and implement end-to-end business processes (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).

• Conduct Fit-Gap analyses and derive actionable recommendations for process improvement. • Support and shape Cybersecurity-related processes to ensure secure and compliant operations.

• Enable cross-functional collaboration and ensure alignment across departments.

• Drive transparency, process standardization, and continuous improvement across regions and teams.

• Contribute to the design and implementation of process architecture, documentation, and governance structures.

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field.

• Several years of practical experience in process design, process analysis, and process optimization.

• Strong expertise in end-to-end process modelling and implementation. • Experience working in cross-functional organizational structures and process-driven environments.

• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles and how they impact business processes.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured and independent working style.

• Strong communication skills in English and German (business fluent).

• Proficient in MS Office Suite and experienced with process notation techniques such as eEPK, BPMN, or value stream mapping.

• Experience with requirement specification creation.

• Knowledge of AI and automation technologies is a plus.

• Familiarity with SAP Commerce Cloud is a plus.
