General Information

Artificial intelligence, RPA, LowCode, and Process Mining are rapidly growing in the industry. As a Process Mining Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to actively transform Schaeffler into a data-driven company. Your role involves enhancing existing use-cases, such as Inventory Management, identifying new opportunities, and driving them from idea to reality. You'll be the go-to person for Process Mining-related technical and case-specific questions and will work closely with the business, platform specialists, and teams governing the systems used for mining.

Your Responsabilities

• Identify, evaluate, and pitch new business opportunities with and for Process Mining.
• Design, develop, and test process mining solutions within an Agile framework.
• Examine process inefficiencies in areas like supply chain, finance, purchasing, or production.
• Independently manage internal (sub-) projects using agile methodologies.
• Enable business partners to continuously derive value from running services (e.g., training, UI/UX, articles).

Your Qualification

• Academic degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, IT, or similar.
• 1-3 years of experience working on Process Mining projects.
• Experience with Process Mining solutions (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, UiPath).
• Experience in SQL and at least one object-oriented programming language.
• Familiarity with agile methodology is necessary, including agile practices and tools.
• Experience with business processes and software development lifecycle.
• Enjoys combining technological understanding, strategic analysis, and implementation work.
• Ability to work in worldwide distributed teams and collaborate across regions and departments.
• Open-minded regarding new concepts and emerging technologies.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
