Job ResponsibilitiesThe Process Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products and for the validation of equipment from his area of responsibility.Main Responsibilities: Ensure ongoing compliance with the Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001); Ensure compliance with appropriate Standard Operational Procedures, policies, and guidelines; Write the quality procedures, work instructions, in a clear, simple and concise manner; Implement all relevant procedures/ instructions described in the Quality Management System (QMS); Train employees in procedures/ instructions specific for the working area; Flow up corrective actions for internal process audits; Provide detailed analysis of nonconformities; Responsible for the permanent collection of specific quality assurance information (defect evolution and analysis, test data-test parameters, test equipment performance) to ensure compliance with the client's quality requirements and those specified in the internal procedures; Support the production department in the analysis of processes that do not add value (repairs, remediation, sorting) with the aim of minimizing losses; Analyzes the causes of non-conformities and effectively implements corrective actions using quality tools (8D, 5 Why, 5M); Responsible for monitoring the quality trend by preparing monthly reports (FTQ, internal PPM, number and evolution of internal defects, scrap cost).Job ProfileQualifications, Knowledges: University Degree with a Bachelor’s degree in a technical field; Experience as a Process Quality Engineer is an advantage; Knowledge of ISO 9001; English - intermediate level; Capacity for analysis and synthesis; Customer orientation and continuous improvement; Initiative, creativity and flexibility; Good organizational, communication and time management skills.Skills, Capabilities, Competencies: ISO 9001, 8D, 5 Why, 5M etc,Benefits: Coffee and tea; Once a week, fruits and sweets; Daily lunch assured at our canteen at a decent price; Meal tickets; Medical services; Performance bonus; Loyalty bonus; Professional working environment; Dedicated programs for personal and professional development.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer, we reject and condemn any form of discrimination including discrimination based on age, gender, sexual orientation, health, race, nationality, cultural background, political opinions and religious beliefs, and membership of associations and trade unions.
