At Inowize, we design and build immersive games and attractions for the Attractions and Leisure Industry and we deploy systems all around the world, with a focus on North America. Our flagship product, QBIX, blends tech, storytelling, and physical play in a modular format shipped to venues worldwide. Now we’re looking for someone who’s just as organized as they are action-oriented to help us move faster and smarter, from warehouse to wonderland.


About the Role

As our new Procurement Administrator, you’ll be the person who keeps everything flowing, hardware orders, shipping timelines, stock levels, and everything in between. If you enjoy juggling lots of moving parts, solving problems on the fly, and making sure the right stuff arrives at the right place at the right time, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Source, order, and track hardware parts and materials for our product installations
  • Negotiate with suppliers and shipping carriers to get the best deals and delivery times
  • Monitor inventory and proactively restock what’s needed
  • Implement systems to track, organize, and optimize stock utilization.
  • Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize costs.
  • Oversee international shipments: customs, documents, packing, timing, everything
  • Coordinate with the technical and production teams to align logistics with project schedules
  • Oversee the loading, unloading, and proper storage of goods in-house
  • Organize and archive invoices, shipping documents, and supplier records
  • Solve logistical issues like delays or miscommunications, and fix them fast
  • Look for ways to streamline logistics and improve efficiency over time


What You Bring to the Table

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or operations coordination.
  • Working knowledge of PC hardware and basic networking, sufficient to source and purchase components independently.
  • Knowledge of logistics software, spreadsheets, and scheduling software. Ability to learn and adjust to new technology.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers and partners.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and inventory management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills in English 
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
