Job Summary:
The role involves supporting the Procurement & Sourcing team in managing strategic purchasing activities and supplier relationships across assigned categories. Key responsibilities include executing sourcing plans, coordinating and contributing to supplier performance improvement in areas such as cost, quality, and lead time. The position also assists with supplier audits, qualification processes, and onboarding to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Support sourcing team to develop, communicate, and implement medium and long term sourcing strategies with the goal of assuring quality and delivery performance while minimizing total cost of ownership
• Participates in the evaluation of current and prospective Suppliers
• Identify cost elements and cost drivers, and sets cost targets
• Assist in executing sourcing plans, including supplier, process, and part qualification activities, ensuring alignment with sourcing strategy.
• Identifies opportunities and implements actions to continually reduce wasted time, money and resources from assigned tasks
• Support the procurement and sourcing team to prepare and manage negotiations in accordance with sourcing strategy
• Perform supplier management tasks for the assigned supplier portfolio in accordance with company procurement and sourcing policies.
• Perform tasks related to business systems management, suppliers onboarding to business systems, updating suppliers’ records and pricing
  

Key Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Law or a related field.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn and continuously improve skills.
• Initiative and ownership in completing tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel .
