How you will make an impact:
Purchase Order (PO) Support
Provide support to internal stakeholders regarding Purchase Orders (POs) via email and chat;
Manage PO-related requests, including the creation, modification, and maintenance of Purchase Orders;
Investigate and resolve PO-related issues in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
Supplier Onboarding
Support suppliers throughout the onboarding and registration process;
Create, maintain, and update supplier records in procurement systems;
Coordinate supplier onboarding activities, including sending invitations and collecting required documentation.
Skills that make your work successful:
Good command of German and English (minimum B2 level);
Previous experience in Customer Service or Back Office roles;
Bachelor's degree required;
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
