Mission:

Interacts with beneficary departments/budget holders and suppliers to ensure procurement needs are met at optimal standards.

Fixed-term contract.

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving purchase requests from beneficiary departments/budget holders, understanding their needs and verifying approvals for procurement;
• Preparing requests for offers, including identifying potential suppliers together with the beneficiary department/budget holder;
• Providing support to departments/budget holders in preparing offers, continuously monitoring the status/ progress of offers;
• Centralizing offers, sorting, comparing;
• Organizing tenders on the group's tender platform, including preparing documentation needed for obtaining necessary approvals in relation to the group;
• Obtaining necessary approvals, where applicable;
• Presenting offers to beneficiaries/budget holders, assisting in decision-making;
• Following up / verifying supplier evaluations;
• Monitoring contract signing with selected suppliers;
• Issuing purchase orders;
• Drafting/completing requests/reports from the Group Procurement department;
• Developing proposals for improving procedures and tools in order to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

Main requirements:

• University education (preferably in economics or law);
• Minumum 4 years of professional experience in related fields (procurement, sales, negotiations) or areas requiring similar knowledge;
• Advanced level of English;
• Good presentation and negotiation abilities;
• Customer orientation;
