The Procurement Specialist will support the purchasing process for products, raw materials, packaging, services, and other categories relevant to the company's operations, ensuring the best commercial terms, consistent quality, on-time deliveries, and continuity of supply.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and propose new suppliers in line with the company's needs.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing suppliers.
• Request, analyze, and compare commercial offers.
• Participate in negotiations regarding prices, payment terms, delivery conditions, and other commercial clauses.
• Monitor compliance with contracts, purchase orders, and agreed supplier terms.
• Collaborate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and product availability.
• Prepare comparative analyses, reports, and recommendations to support purchasing decisions.
• Contribute to cost optimization initiatives without compromising product or service quality.
• Manage procurement-related documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, contracts, supplier records, and reports.
• Track delivery deadlines and intervene in cases of delays or non-compliance.
• Participate in product range development projects, new product listings, or supplier change initiatives.
• Support compliance with internal procedures and company quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in a similar role within procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or commercial operations.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Results-oriented, with a focus on cost efficiency and performance.
• Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good command of English is considered an advantage.
• Experience in FMCG, retail, HoReCa, food manufacturing, or distribution is considered an advantage.
