Your role

• Participate in the process and technology transformation projects within Source to Pay, guiding more junior staff in successful development and submission of the project deliverables also participate in the projects for external clients as well as for internal Capgemini Business Services engagements;
• Participate in (and/or lead a stream of) the projects that may be related to target operating model design, process design, process and technology maturity assessment, benchmarking, GBS / SSC set up, automation potential assessment, eProcurement or ERP solutions selection and implementation, intelligent automation implementation, training delivery, change management and similar;
• During the projects manage the team of individuals, coach the junior members and ensure maximum quality of developed materials and deliverables and learn the consulting techniques related to problem solving, design thinking, selling, and delivery of convincing presentation of your ideas;
• Build knowledge and understanding of our market leading assets and methods (e.g. Digital Global Enterprise Model (DGEM), ESOAR transformation method, intelligent automation, etc.);
• Accountable for all project deliverables (within own stream) or own project deliverables that could be related to documentation of identified process challenges, potential improvements and benefits, report out, or business cases;
• Analyze data and information received from client in order to reach conclusions and develop the improvement recommendations and utilize process and technology expertise to provide improvement recommendations and propose the solutions to steer clients in their transformation journey. Interact with the corresponding client Subject Matter Experts and collaborate with client in order to complete the assigned deliverables.
