Lead his/her local team in terms of operational target setting, performance management & time management

Accountable and responsible for operational excellence regarding his scope of activities

Responsible for overall execution, quality, efficiency & compliance of the GBS procurement activities management under his/her responsibility

Perform goal setting with his/her own local team, monitor delivery against operational targets, take actions to resolve gaps

Collaborate with other internal stakeholders (users, buyers, …) to drive continuous implement of service & process performance

Permanently support improvements through identification and implementation of best practices

Ensure timely response to internal stakeholders / suppliers inquires including issue resolution & act as 1st level of escalation

Monitor compliance of service delivery with process documentation

Respect Safety and CSR rules for his/her local team managed

Operational Excellence: Guarantee the seamless operation of his/her local team managed

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

• Several years of proven experience in Procurement Operations with support functions management
• Knowledge of local Romanian GBS/labor market, relevant regulations and compliance standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• College / University degree

Fluency in English and also in French if possible, Romanian compulsory
