The Group strategy is driven towards growing profitably and creating value sustainably.As part of this strategy, a unique Global Business Services Center has been established in Brasov, in 2022, working together with all Jungheinrich entities worldwide, providing support in their day-to-day operations.We are a young organization, in full grow, and we are proud to say that we already proved our capabilities all our internal customers are very satisfied with the way we work, and our people created strong relationship that makes the team function at its best.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and further develop the Jungheinrich CPQ tool ("Configurator") used in the pre-sales process.Model sales solutions by creating and maintaining configuration models, dependencies, and business rules within the CPQ system.Analyze, implement, and test system enhancements based on both central and local business requirements.Ensure the editorial maintenance and data quality of the Product Content Management (PCM) system and other sales tools.Maintain accurate product, pricing, and configuration data across sales systems.Provide independent end-user support for CPQ-related topics and act as a central contact for user markets.Coordinate activities and requirements between user markets, Product Management, Order Centers, and IT teams.Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.Contribute to global market and product transparency through close collaboration within an interdisciplinary international team.Participate in testing, validation, and rollout activities for new product configurations and system functionalities.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field of study.3-5 years of relevant professional experience in product configuration, sales systems, product management, business applications, or a related area.Initial practical experience with technical and product-related topics is considered an advantage.Experience working in an international and cross-functional business environment is desirable.
