Who are we?

Founded in 2022, Pitch Tech is the creator of Betr — a next-generation super app for gaming.

Our first product, Betr Picks, was developed in Cluj-Napoca. Since then, we’ve expanded our portfolio with Betr Arcade and our Social Sportsbook, with even more gaming experiences on the way — all seamlessly integrated into a single app. 

Today, we’re rapidly growing, approaching 1 million users and engaging an average of 50,000 users every day in US. 

The role involves leading the development of the overall promotional experience across the verticals and of the bonus engine which is an internal platform that powers promotions, rewards, and personalised bonus experiences.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Manager based in Cluj-Napoca, 1 year contract,  to lead the development of our Bonus Engine - an internal platform that powers promotions, rewards, and personalised bonus experiences across our gaming application.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, data analysis, and engineering execution.

The ideal candidate has experience building configurable internal tooling, understands gaming or consumer engagement systems, and can translate business goals into scalable product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboration - work with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders including marketing , design, architecture, customer support and media to understand and align on the the needs of the users and the ones of the business.
• Product strategy - use insights from users and stakeholders to create and maintain the product vision and roadmap. Own the product vision, ensure that this is efficiently communicated to stakeholders and teams and that it guides the product development team’s execution; Develop measurable KPIs and continuously analyze how delivered features influence those metrics. Turn data insights into product features with actionable outcomes to the customer.
• Product delivery - translate the product roadmap into well-defined product requirements; Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria, perform user acceptance testing; work with an agile team of engineers to plan and clarify user stories and ensure the team iteratively delivers value to customers; set goals and objectives for the development team; maintain updated product documentation with details about features & requirements.
• Product release planning and monitoring -monitor and report the progress of initiatives delivery and make agile adjustments to ensure the successful completion; coordinate launch readiness and monitoring, and assist CS with post-release user issue resolution.
• Communication - create transparency for stakeholders on roadmap updates, new functionality and KPI progres.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar role in product management;
• Technical background or ability to work effectively with engineering teams;
• Betting industry and /or USA sports knowledge
• Strong analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Project management skills;
• Creativity and problem solving skills;
• Decision making & leadership;
• A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively;
• Experience with JIRA Confluence and other development tools;
