Grafton Recruitment is looking for a Product Manager for our client, a global leader specialized in the production and marketing of small household appliances.

Responsibilities:

• Continuous market monitoring (sell-out data, trade contacts, panels) to support analysis and identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities;
• Definition of the mid-term strategy and price range analysis
• Product positioning and sales story/product program development, supported by market analysis and coordinated with the SBU/Continent teams;
• Coordination of sales promotion activities, loyalty offers, and the action plan calendar in collaboration with country teams and the Trade Marketing department;
• Monthly sales analysis focusing on margin/NSP, mid-term forecasts, and loyalty program follow-up. Ongoing monitoring to identify and address deviations;
• Preparation of marketing plans, contribution to budget planning, and continuous monitoring for deviations. Provide feedback to the Strategic Business Unit Marketing and Continent teams regarding local market trends and competitor activities;
• Inform and train the sales force on product and market developments;
• Response to end-user inquiries;
• Sustainable Development;
• Integrate the company’s sustainable development principles and objectives into daily activities, in line with the commitments and agreements signed by the Group (e.g., UN Global Compact, Code of Ethics);
• Develop initiatives related to corporate social responsibility, focusing on ethics, social and human resource aspects, environmental impact, and socio-economic engagement with local territories and communities affected by the company’s activities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration (with a focus on Marketing), and 2–3 years of experience in product management; sales experience is an asset;
• Fluent in English;
• Strong analytical thinking, proficiency in Excel, and solid logical reasoning skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Entrepreneurial mindset and leadership qualities;
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, good time management, and a proactive approach;
• Team player with a global perspective;
• Very good product knowledge;
• Creativity and innovative thinking.
