Responsibilities
Manage seasonal collection processes for Romania market based on customer expectations, local market needs, and commercial results.
Understand the Romanian market and support product decisions by evaluating which products should be included in the collection.
Work closely with product teams during pre-season and in-season periods to identify country needs and follow up product requests.
Support future season planning by sharing market needs, sales results, customer expectations, and product feedback with related teams.
Support product assortment, pricing, timing, and channel-based collection plans with a commercial perspective.
Coordinate Fast Track product processes and new order planning by following business priorities and timelines.
Work closely with central brand teams and Romania Commercial teams to ensure smooth communication and execution throughout collection processes.
Monitor product and sales performance and support actions to improve commercial results.
Support different product assortments for physical stores and digital channels based on customer and business needs.
Help ensure the right products are available at the right time, in the right channel, and in the right quantity.
Take an active role in daily commercial operations together with teams such as Distribution Controller, Store Merchandising, and RPL.
Follow key store and product metrics such as occupancy, product availability.
Collaborate with merchandising, planning, sourcing, product, and commercial teams to ensure collection processes are completed effectively.
Organizational Scope
The position will be located in Türkiye.
The role will be responsible for managing collection processes for the Romania market from a commercial perspective while ensuring coordination between related teams.
The scope of the role includes collection planning, product assortment management, pricing and channel alignment, Fast Track process coordination, and supporting collaboration between central teams and local commercial needs.
The role requires close collaboration with merchandising, planning, sourcing, product, and commercial teams to support collection processes in line with business objectives.

Strong commercial mindset with a good understanding of customer expectations, fashion retail dynamics, and market trends
Good knowledge of the Romania market and ability to reflect local customer needs into product and collection decisions
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple collection processes simultaneously
Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both local and central teams
Proactive, organized, and solution-oriented approach with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Motivated by improving commercial results and building customer-focused collections
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, collection management, product management, retail or commercial planning roles
Full proficiency in English
Open to relocation and based in İstanbul, Türkiye
