We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our Adoption & Growth team. In this role, you will not be tied to a single feature; instead, you will own the strategy for driving customer engagement and expanding usage across various core components of our platform ecosystem.

You will be responsible for identifying friction points in the user journey and creating seamless experiences that encourage customers to adopt new capabilities, scale their usage, and realize the full value of our security and governance tools.

What You'll Do

• Growth Strategy: Define and execute a roadmap focused on user onboarding, feature discovery, and long-term retention across multiple platform components.
• Feedback Ecosystem: Establish robust systems for collecting and synthesizing customer feedback from multiple channels to inform the product roadmap.
• Cross-Platform Expansion: Work across different product modules to ensure a cohesive "better together" experience that drives users to expand their footprint within the platform.
• Product Vision: Balance intuitive, growth-oriented user experiences with the rigorous security, compliance, and configurability required by enterprise clients.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives with broader business goals and technical feasibility.

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record in Growth, Onboarding, or Platform Product Management
• Data & AI-Driven Mindset: You excel at collecting diverse customer feedback and leveraging AI to analyze large datasets, turning complex information into actionable insights that justify strategic product decisions.
• Technical Aptitude: You can navigate complex enterprise systems and work effectively with technical stakeholders to implement scalable growth solutions.
• Self-Starter Mentality: You are curious, proactive, and thrive in environments where you need to navigate ambiguity to find the best path for the user.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate product vision and impact to both technical teams and executive leadership.

Working Model

Globally Distributed: You will collaborate with a global team across multiple time zones, with an expectation of regular overlap to support effective communication.
