We are looking for a colleague to take ownership of and further develop the Bathroom – Faucets & Shower Systems category, playing a key role in shaping the product range and commercial strategy.

This role is based at our Head Office in Bucharest and offers the opportunity to directly influence the development of a strategic product category.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and implement the commercial strategy for the assigned product categories;
• Build and optimize the product portfolio based on market trends and customer needs;
• Manage the full product lifecycle: selection, launch, development, and optimization;
• Analyze category performance by monitoring key business indicators such as sales, margin, competitiveness, and product turnover;
• Identify growth opportunities and propose actions to improve category performance;
• Negotiate with suppliers and develop long-term partnerships;
• Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, marketing, and store teams;
• Monitor market trends and innovations within the sanitary ware and bathroom solutions industry.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (Product Manager / Category Manager / Buyer / Product Specialist);
• Relevant experience in the plumbing and sanitary products industry – essential requirement;
• Strong technical knowledge of:
• sanitary faucets;
• shower systems and shower columns;
• accessories and components;
• technical product features and differentiators;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret commercial KPIs;
• Negotiation skills and results-oriented mindset;
• Good command of English;
• Entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and customer-oriented approach.
