Our Procurement team is expanding, and we are looking for a Product Manager – Cooking who will contribute to the development, performance, and optimization of our Cooking category portfolio.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle for the Cooking category, from selection to phase-out
• Define and implement the category strategy, aligned with company objectives
• Analyze culinary trends, customer behavior, and market dynamics to drive category growth
• Continuously monitor competitors, pricing, and assortment positioning
• Identify and propose new products, ranges, and suppliers, including international sourcing (non-EU experience is a plus)
• Negotiate commercial terms and contracts with suppliers (pricing, delivery, conditions)
• Manage stock levels and product availability, ensuring alignment with sales demand
• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, marketing) to ensure efficient product flow and execution
• Contribute to pricing and promotional strategies to maximize performance and customer satisfaction
• Execute operational tasks with accuracy, ensuring respect for deadlines and internal processes

Skills & Competencies

• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
• Passion for the cooking domain and understanding of “home chef” needs
• Proven negotiation skills and commercial mindset
• Experience in product management, procurement, or category management (minimum 3 years)
• Advanced Excel skills and good command of MS Office
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
• Ability to manage both strategic and operational responsibilities effectively
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
• Good command of English
