Adecco is recruiting for one of its clients, a well-established company active in the healthcare sector, specialized in the distribution and support of advanced medical equipment and solutions.
Our client provides innovative products and services to healthcare professionals and institutions, supporting medical teams through reliable technologies, product expertise, and dedicated customer service.
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Product Manager who will take responsibility for managing the company’s medical product portfolio, supporting sales activities, developing customer relationships, and ensuring excellent product implementation and after-sales support.
Candidate Profile:

• Previous experience in Product Management, Medical Devices, Healthcare Equipment, Technical Sales, or a related field.
• Good understanding of medical equipment and healthcare environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with medical professionals and technical teams.
• Customer-focused mindset with a hands-on and problem-solving approach.
• Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into practical solutions for customers.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer visits.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• English proficiency is required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Technical background or experience with service engineering, biomedical equipment, or medical technologies is a plus.
  

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop assigned medical product lines, ensuring strong product knowledge and market positioning.
• Visit customers (hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and partners) to present products, demonstrate functionalities, and provide technical guidance.
• Act as a product expert by explaining technical features, benefits, and applications of medical equipment.
• Support customers during product installation, implementation, troubleshooting, and basic technical interventions when required.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and provide tailored product solutions.
• Provide training and product demonstrations for clients and internal teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and support business development activities.
• Collect market feedback and customer insights to improve product strategy and service quality.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding product updates, technical issues, and customer requirements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the medical equipment sector.
