We are looking for:

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager with experience in Fintech environment to join our team.

What you will do:

• Support the product strategy defined together with Product and Tech Leads, build the roadmap and independently manage feature development cycles
• Write business plans/ product specifications for larger features including defining problems, identifying opportunities and target users
• Manage cross-department and cross-solution initiatives to ensure their successful delivery.
• Identify stakeholders and dependencies, solve complex problems and reduce product risks.
• Engage in research and data analysis to provide insights and recommendations to your team and peers.

What you need to have:

• 6+ years of Product Management roles in a FinTech environment and proven communication skills, proactive, easy to approach attitude, ideally working in a fast-paced/start-up environment.
• Strong understanding of investment, payments or lending products, including customer onboarding, KYC, compliance requirements, authentication flows (e.g. 2FA) and payment processes.
• Experience working on products with complex financial workflows (investment platforms, payment solutions, lending products, digital banking)
• Proven ability to translate business and partner requirements into scalable product solutions, balancing customer needs with long-term product strategy.
• Ability to lead and inspire teams effectively and provide guidance in ambiguous situations
• Experience working with B2B or B2B2C products, understanding partner requirements while ensuring alignment with the company's product vision.
• Solid understanding of API-based integrations and how products interact with external partners and third-party systems.
• Collaborative problem solver who enjoys brainstorming with engineers to develop solutions that address multiple constraints
• Strong analytical thinking, leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to drive decisions.
