Your customers are both internal product teams who depend on Knowledge to power their features, and enterprise clients whose data quality and retrieval accuracy directly impact their end-user experience. management with experience launching and iterating on product featuresAI/ML Product Experience: Hands-on experience with AI products, particularly those involving RAG, knowledge retrieval, embeddings, or NLP technologiesEnterprise Software: Understanding of enterprise software requirements including security, compliance, data governance, and integration complexityTechnical Aptitude: Ability to
