Location: Bucharest (hybrid: 2 days in-office / week)

As a Product Manager at GETIK, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our digital financial products. Your mission will be to understand market needs, translate customer insights into impactful features, and guide cross-functional teams toward building innovative solutions that truly make a difference.

What you will do:

• Work closely with the CEO to validate product ideas, explore opportunities, and shape product direction with clarity and purpose;
• Analyze user needs, gather insights from market research, and translate them into well-defined product requirements and feature specifications;
• Develop and implement product strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations;
• Monitor product performance, interpret data, and make informed adjustments to ensure continuous improvement and market relevance;
• Collaborate effectively with development, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless delivery and strong product adoption;
• Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer feedback, business value, and market trends;
• Maintain a holistic understanding of the product ecosystem, identifying dependencies and ensuring functional consistency across platforms;
• Balance multiple initiatives while maintaining focus, quality, and clear communication throughout the product lifecycle.

What you bring to the table:

• Experience: solid background (5+ years in a similar role) in product management for digital applications, ideally within banking or fintech;
• Analytical mindset: demonstrated ability to evaluate market trends, interpret data, and drive decisions based on insights;
• Cross-functional experience: comfortable working closely with developers, designers, marketing, support, and leadership teams;
• Strong communicator: excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate vision and motivate teams;
• Strategic thinker: ability to see the big picture while also diving into details when needed;
• Proactive and innovative: always looking for better ways to solve problems, enhance user experience, and deliver value;
