The Product Manager in charge with Private Individuals Digital Clients Acquisition is part of the PI Customer Acquisition Stream within Private Individuals Client Growth and Strategic Partnerships Tribe. The aim of this role is to ensure the radical growth of the customers acquired purely digitally.
The Product Manager in charge with Private Individuals Digital Clients Acquisition within Raiffeisen Bank will demonstrate strategic vision for digital acquisition:
- Own and articulate the product vision for 100% digital acquisition and onboarding of Private Individuals (PI) customers, from first touchpoint to activation and early lifecycle.
- Define and continuously refine the digital acquisition strategy, leveraging digital marketing, performance channels and data-driven experimentation to accelerate customer growth and improve conversion across the funnel.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs to design and evolve compelling digital value propositions, ensuring differentiation, scalability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Customer-Centric & Growth-Oriented Execution
- Design, own and optimize end-to-end digital customer journeys for acquisition and onboarding, ensuring a frictionless and consistent experience across all digital touchpoints.
- Drive acquisition, activation and cross-sell initiatives through product-led growth and digital marketing campaigns, in close collaboration with Marketing and Performance teams.
- Define success metrics (KPIs) for each stage of the funnel (traffic, conversion, activation, cost per acquisition, lifetime value) and use insights to continuously improve performance.
- Monitor customer feedback, behavior and satisfaction, and proactively propose product and journey improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as a product integrator across Digital, IT, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations to ensure aligned and agile execution of the digital acquisition roadmap.
- Build and manage together with Marketing team the performance marketing to accelerate digital acquisition and innovation.
- Ensure efficient allocation across channels and initiatives, with clear ROI tracking.
Business Ownership & Performance Management
- Take end-to-end accountability for the business performance of newly acquired PI customers, including contribution to growth, profitability and long-term value.
- Manage and monitor P&L drivers related to digital acquisition (costs, revenues, ROI), identifying gaps versus targets and proposing corrective actions.
- Support strategic decisions with solid business cases, including cost-benefit analysis, customer value and risk assessment.
- Continuously track market trends, competition, regulatory changes and macroeconomic context to identify risks and opportunities impacting digital acquisition strategy.
Experience & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product management, digital acquisition, growth, or digital marketing roles
- Strong understanding of digital acquisition funnels, performance marketing, customer journeys, experimentation (A/B testing), and data-driven decision making.
- Solid business acumen, including experience with budgets, P&L, ROI and performance tracking.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority in complex organizations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and prioritization skills, with a clear focus on customer value and business impact.
- Advanced level of English.
