We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic professional to join our team as Product Manager.

This role plays a key part in shaping and driving the marketing strategy for our Cardiology portfolio.

Requirements:

• University degree (Medical/Science/Marketing is a plus)
• Working experience: minimum 4 years in similar position, product and brand management within the pharmaceutical sector (Cardiology experience is preferred)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills good command of Excel & PowerPoint
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and a result-driven mindset, solve challenges quickly and efficiently, customer-oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Great presentation & communication skills
• Creativity, dynamism, initiative
• Proactive person, oriented towards achieving goals
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical market and marketing principles

Main responsibilities:

• Design, define, implement and monitor the marketing strategy for the assigned Cardiology portfolio, ensuring alignment with company objectives
• Develop and deploy effective marketing tools to support the activities of the medical representatives’ team
• Plan, manage, and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient use of resources
• Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with marketing and advertising agencies to ensure all communication materials reflect the brand’s purpose and visual identity
• Conduct field visits to evaluate the implementation of marketing initiatives and to identify new business opportunities
• Organize and facilitate product training sessions for the medical representatives’ team to ensure in-depth product knowledge and consistent messaging
• Prepare and present periodic reports and data analyses for the company’s Board and Parteners
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the Cardiology field
