ELIT Romania is looking for a new colleague in Product Management department. Reporting to the Product Management Country Lead, you would be responsible to support in creating the strategy, development and success of our products on the market.

What to expect from working at ELIT?

• Free and permanent access to the internal training platform.
• Full remote schedule from any place in Romania, however you would have to be present for onboarding in our head office in Bucharest and occasional meetings.
• Working from Monday till Friday: 08:00 – 17:00.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and develop relationships with current suppliers;
• Developing policies to promote new and existing products;
• Continuous monitoring of the automotive parts and accessories market;
• Comparisons in the market and verification of sales flow;
• Collaborates closely with the sales team, responding to their requests and providing the necessary support in the sales-offer process.

Requirements:

• University education - technical/economic;
• Fluent Romanian and intermediate to advanced English skills, both conversational and written (technical language is considered an advantage);
• Experience in a similar position in the automotive parts industry - is an advantage;
• Ability to work with numbers, analyze, organize, plan and control;
• Spirit of initiative, continuous desire to improve;
• Strong medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Developed negotiation and communication skills.
