We are looking for someone passionate and eager to maximise the impact of our products and shape how aviation is marketed to the world - we want a Product Marketing Specialist to join our team!

In this role, you'll be the hands-on practitioner who turns deep product knowledge and market intelligence into content that wins deals. We're looking for someone who can translate complex SaaS capabilities into compelling, buyer-facing positioning - battle cards, case studies, sales enablement materials, and launch content that the sales team actually uses. Key data for you to consider

• Income: 1400 - 2200 GBP gross/month, depending on role fit and experience level
• Yearly profit share

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain positioning documents for assigned products: target buyer, key differentiators, value proposition, proof points, and competitive comparison
• Build and keep competitive battle cards for assigned products, drawing on deal-level intelligence from the sales team and market data from research
• Produce sales enablement content: solution briefs, ROI frameworks, objection handling guides, demo talking points, and proposal inserts
• Identify, develop, and publish customer case studies and references for assigned products
• Execute product launch activities for assigned products: positioning updates, messaging frameworks, sales enablement materials, and campaign briefs
• Use AI tools as the primary drafting engine for content production - generating first drafts at scale while applying human editorial judgment, domain knowledge, and sales context before anything is published

Qualifications & skills

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Romanian
• 2+ years of proven experience in product marketing, content marketing, or sales enablement for B2B SaaS or enterprise technology — with a track record of producing positioning, competitive content, and sales materials that contribute to deal outcomes
• Strong writing skills: the ability to produce clear, accurate, and compelling positioning documents, battle cards, case studies, and sales enablement content is the core skill of this role
• Highly capable of translating technical product capabilities into buyer-facing language - outcomes, not features - for audiences ranging from airport operations directors to CFOs
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Continuous learning and curiosity as guiding principles
• Able to dive into a new domain and develop genuine expertise quickly — aviation operations are complex, and credible product marketing cannot be produced from feature lists alone
• Demonstrated ability to gather and apply competitive intelligence at the product level: tracking competitor moves, understanding differentiation, and producing battle cards that sales teams find useful in real deals
• Comfortable working directly with sales teams: soliciting honest feedback, understanding what content helps close deals, and iterating based on field input rather than marketing assumptions
• Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools: comfortable using AI for first-draft generation and competitive monitoring, while maintaining human editorial judgment and factual accuracy

Nice to have

• Experience producing customer evidence: case studies, references, and testimonials
• Aviation, airport, or transportation domain experience
• Proficiency in Spanish, and/or French, and/or German is a plus
• Certification in Product Marketing (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance)
