• Bachelor degree;
• Relevant experience in product development/creating/optimizing a process –it’s important to know fundamental processes & theories that help you to understand the product, the development process of a product and his impact in production;
• Experience in process creation and optimization;
• Experience in loans, loans related processes and loan products in general;
• Experience in banking or working with banking products is a plus;
• Ability to solve problems and to think outside of the box;
• Experience collaborating with a cross-functional team;
• Ability to work in a fast and iterative product development environment;
• Leading through ambiguity with the ability to provide clarity to the team;
• Ability to negotiate/discuss with the team a requirement outcome by having in mind a win-win situation;
• Good knowledge of Agile methodology. Proved working experience represents and advantage;
• Good knowledge of technical language used in software development products;
• Good analytical skills and proven experience in analyzing and testing complex business rules;
• Experience working in Confluence & Jira;
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point…);
• English language competences – advance level;

• Define product requirements, the acceptance criteria, the scope and set correctly the definition of done;
• Apply the AGILE methodology ;
• Advocate for great user experiences when coordinating product development with the stakeholders;
• Offers more clarity for product requirements during the process;
• Responsible for reporting recurring functional & non-functional product problems;
• Present and explain the situations to the Product Manager/Product Lead for analyzing, remediation and prioritization in product development lifecycle accordingly to product strategy;
• Participate in sprint planning, sprint retrospective and the demo ceremonies;
• Participate in all steps of the product life cycle from idea to go-live;
• Offer maintenance/support in the post go-live stages;
• Communicate with project/product stakeholders and the working teams in order to assure that goals are clear and the product vision is aligned with business objectives;
• Work close with support team to assess customers complex issues in using the product, identify root causes, and find solutions;
