We are currently seeking a Product Owner who can:

• Figure out what half of our existing tools actually do and convince everyone to stop using 'Reply All.'
• Distill abstract business value and ambitious goals into actionable roadmaps and refined product backlogs.
• Say "no" to the CEO's wild ideas and then magically turn three post-it notes and a dream into a ship-able product.
• Most importantly, help us build better products that users love.

Objectives of This Role:

• As our Product Owner, your primary focus will be on driving product success by:
• Defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborating internally and externally to align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
• Working closely with business teams to create and maintain a product backlog based on business value and ROI.
• Staying up-to-date on trends and best practices in agile project management.

Key Responsibilities
1. Defining & Communicating Vision

• Develop clear goals and strategic visions for the product, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Effectively communicate this vision to the development team and stakeholders to foster a common understanding and genuine commitment.

2. Backlog Ownership & Prioritization

• Actively manage and refine the product backlog, incorporating insights from customer feedback, market research, and business requirements.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on their value and feasibility, addressing the highest impact items first.
• Translate product functionalities and requirements into clear, concise user stories.

3. Product Strategy & Analysis

• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that includes key releases, milestones, and deadlines.
• Engage directly with customers or analyze data (feedback, sales calls, user journeys) for deeper insights into their needs.
• Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to identify innovation opportunities and potential threats.

4. Team Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with development, UX/UI design, and QA testing teams through regular planning, review, and retrospective meetings.
• Coordinate new feature and product launches with marketing and sales teams, managing the entire product lifecycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in product development or a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of agile methodology for project management.
• Strong understanding of business value related to features and functions.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in effectively managing competing stakeholder needs.Preferred Skills and Qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in a related discipline.
• Proficiency with applicable project management tools and technologies like Jira, Trello, Asana.
