What You'll Do

• Operate and monitor production/manufacturing equipment on the line
• Follow quality and safety standards throughout the production process
• Carry out routine checks to catch and correct issues early
• Work closely with your shift team and supervisor to hit production targets
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvement on the floor

What We're Looking For

• A reliable, safety-conscious team player
• Comfortable working in shifts
• Willing to learn and follow structured training programs
• A technical or engineering background is a plus (see international opportunity below)
