Production Team Lead

Are you ready to lead and grow a production team from the ground up? We are looking for a dynamic Operations & Production Lead to take ownership of both the setup and day-to-day operations of our new production team.

Your Mission

You will be the central on-site leader, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, managing the team, and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate on the production-line setup with the local Project Manager and lead ongoing production operations.
• Manage, schedule, and develop a team of up to 10 people.
• Ensure efficient processes, high-quality standards, and reliable reporting on productivity and performance.
• Collaborate across departments to optimize operations and support business objectives.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in production or operations management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on, results-oriented, and capable of driving operational excellence.
• Comfortable leading teams and coordinating multiple priorities on-site.
