What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the Sublimation department to ensure maximum productivity and consistent quality.
• Organize and monitor production according to the daily planning and business priorities.
• Ensure the efficient use of production resources and equipment
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes, quality and performance.
• Motivate, coach, evaluate and develop team members, ensuring the right people are in the right roles.
• Train employees on production processes, equipment and quality standards.
• Analyze production performance, monitor KPIs and take timely decisions to improve productivity and quality.
• Report daily production figures, performance indicators and any operational issues or abnormalities.
• Collaborate with international colleagues and customers during regular meetings conducted in English.
• Occasionally travel for training, customer visits or business support (a few trips per year)

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience leading a small production or manufacturing team.
• Good communication skills in both Romanian and English (spoken and written).
• Leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train and develop people.
• Experience monitoring production performance and working with KPIs.
• Excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving abilities.
• A hands-on attitude with the ability to make decisions in a dynamic production environment.
• Driving licence (Category B) and willingness to travel occasionally.
