Your tasks

• Maintains master data and runs processes mainly in SuccessFactors Learning, Recruitment, Performance, Calibration, but also in the ePersonalFile
• Participates in quality checks and either does or facilitates working on corrective actions to achieve high data quality, compliance and governance
• Supports global and local admins in case of On Boarding, treatment of special cases and exceptions, solving of error messages, etc.
• Takes an active role in Borealis People & Culture IT system projects and tests new functionalities, workflows, templates, automations etc. of enhancements / new release activities or in projects
• Prepare compliant reporting
• Acts as trainer for SuccessFactors modules for the People & Culture Borealis community and provides documentation / training material
• Provides advice, guidance and expertise within Borealis People & Culture and towards business in relevant areas of responsibility.
• Dedicated to the continuous improvement of one's own technical skills and the assimilation of new information and technologies applicable in the field of activity
• Respects and maintains the integrity and confidentiality of all data and information that it processes / accesses during the activities carried out by virtue of its service attributions
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree: IT / Economic
• Relevant professional experience: 3 - 5 years
• Good IT background in the area of HR systems
• Experience working with following systems: SAP S4/HANA, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow
• Experience in process automation
• Good knowledge of People&Culture processes.
• Ability to establish, implement and enforce appropriate IT standards to meet business requirements
• Language skills – English fluent in reading, writing and speaking
• Capability to work independently with various tasks and within tight timelines
• Detailed oriented whilst able to communicate effectively to a broader business audience
• Good skills for obtaining and maximizing added value;
• Good interaction and communication skills;
• Good analytical skills, the ability to quickly identify the impact of changes in People&Culture IT systems and interdependencies with processes and other systems
