Siskon is looking for a Program Manager to lead large-scale MOM and SAP EWM programs, coordinating multiple teams and complex system integrations in industrial

and supply chain environments.

This role requires strong program leadership, cross-functional coordination, and technical understanding of MOM/MES and SAP EWM ecosystems.

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of the MOM program, including infrastructure, application development, integration, and deployment.
• Maintain the overall road map, ensuring alignment between MOM, SAP EWM, and other supply‑chain or shop‑floor systems.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (IT infrastructure, SAP, WMS, MES/MOM, operations, vendors).
• Manage risks, dependencies, and change control across multiple work-streams.

Infrastructure Coordination

• Oversee readiness and provisioning of servers, networks, databases, ans security components required for MOM platforms.

Application & Integration Planning

• Manage the application road map for MOM, including enhancements, releases, and integration milestones.
• Ensure seamless integration between MOM and SAP EWM, including data flows, interfaces, middleware, and master data alignment.
• Collaborate with SAP and WMS experts to validate functional and technical dependencies.

Technical & Functional Knowledge

• Solid understanding of MOM/MES platforms (e.g., Siemens Opcenter, Rockwell FTPC, AVEVA, etc.).
• Strong familiarity with SAP EWM processes (inbound, outbound, warehouse control, RF, task management).
• Knowledge of WMS concepts and warehouse operations.
• Understanding of integration technologies (APIs, middleware, IDocs, RFCs, OPC, MQTT, etc.).
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure fundamentals: Servers, virtualization, networks, firewalls, load balancing, backups.

Project Management Skills

• Experience managing complex industrial supply chain programs involving multiple systems.
• Strong dependency management across IT and OT environments.
• Ability to translate technical topics into clear business communication
• Vendor and stakeholder management across multiple teams and geographies.

Agile & Delivery Skills

• Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) in industrial or IT context.
• Ability to guide teams in iterative delivery while managing a larger waterfall‑style road map.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices CI/CD, automated testing, environment management) is a plus.

Soft Skills & Behaviors:

Nice to have:

• Certification: PMP, Scrum Master, or SAP certifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed.
