The opportunity
Adobe’s success depends not only on the products we build, but on how effectively our teams learn, adapt, align, and operate together. As the organization continues to evolve, there is a growing need for strong program leadership that connects strategy to execution, fosters cultural change, and ensures clarity across teams.
We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive cross-organizational programs focused on learning, enablement, operating rhythm, and organizational effectiveness. This role plays a critical part in helping leaders and teams stay aligned, informed, and focused—especially in a fast-moving, complex environment.
This role helps ensure that good ideas turn into shared understanding, and shared understanding turns into action. By providing structure, clarity, and connective tissue across teams, the Senior Program Manager enables leaders and organizations to move faster, stay aligned, and evolve intentionally.
This is a role for someone who thrives behind the scenes—bringing order to complexity, enabling others to succeed, and quietly raising the effectiveness of the entire organization.
What You’ll Do
- Drive strategic, non-technical programs
- Lead cross-functional programs focused on learning, enablement, and cultural change, from concept through execution and adoption.
- Translate leadership priorities into clear programs, initiatives, and action plans that teams can rally around.
- Own program structure, turning points, risks, and outcomes, ensuring progress.
- Enable organizational alignment and clarity
- Act as a connector across teams and leaders, identifying dependencies, gaps, and misalignment early.
- Connect the dots across initiatives, conversations, and signals, surfacing insights and themes that help leadership make better decisions.
- Ensure consistent understanding of priorities, goals, and decisions across the organization.
- Support leadership operating rhythm
- Drive staff meeting preparation, notes, follow-ups, and action tracking, ensuring discussions translate into execution.
- Synthesize complex discussions into clear, concise summaries with decisions, context, and next steps.
- Maintain continuity across leadership forums by tracking themes, commitments, and open items over time.
- Drive learning and change at scale
- Partner with leaders and subject-matter experts to design and roll out learning programs, workshops, and enablement initiatives.
- Support cultural and behavioral change by creating structure, communication, and feedback loops that reinforce new ways of working.
- Measure adoption and effectiveness, adjusting programs based on feedback and observed impact.
- Improve how the organization operates
- Find opportunities to simplify processes, improve transparency, and reduce friction in how teams collaborate.
- Introduce lightweight frameworks, tools, or operating models that help teams work more effectively together.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools and modern collaboration platforms to scale knowledge, insights, and productivity.
What You Need To Succeed
- 8–10+ years of experience in program management, operations, enablement, or organizational effectiveness roles.
- Proven ability to lead non-technical, cross-functional programs in a large, matrixed organization.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong ability to synthesize and clarify complex information.
- Strong facilitation skills and comfort working closely with senior leaders and diverse collaborators.
- Ability to influence without authority and navigate ambiguity with structure and pragmatism.
- Highly organized, meticulous, and reliable—especially in managing follow-through and accountability.
- A problem solver who naturally recognizes patterns, connections, and opportunities for improvement.
- Interest in demonstrating AI and automation to improve how information, learning, and decisions flow through the organization.
