At Connect Group, we are looking for a Program Manager who can successfully bridge the gap between our customers and internal teams. In this role, you will take ownership of customer relationships, business performance, and operational excellence while ensuring the successful execution of customer programs.

This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with international customers, influence strategic decisions, and make a tangible impact on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your Role

As Program Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts and a key driver of business performance. You will collaborate across departments, manage commercial and operational priorities, and ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Account Management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement actions.
• Ensure on-time and successful delivery of customer solutions.
• Manage forecasts, open orders, pricing discussions, and business reviews.
• Lead the resolution of customer escalations and quality concerns.
• Coordinate New Product Introductions (NPI) and Engineering Change Processes (ECP).

Commercial & Contract Management

• Monitor contract compliance and business conditions.
• Lead contract renewals and renegotiations where required.
• Ensure internal alignment on customer agreements and expectations.

Business Performance & Financial Management

• Monitor key KPIs including Revenue, Margin, OTD, Inventory, Working Capital, and AR/AP.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Analyze performance trends and drive corrective actions when needed.

RFQ Management

• Coordinate the full RFQ process for existing product categories.
• Prepare accurate quotations and profitability analyses.
• Ensure smooth handover of awarded business into operations.

Leadership & Collaboration

• Act as the site lead for assigned customer accounts.
• Work closely with Key Account Managers, Global Account Managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in Program Management, Account Management, Project Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with negotiations, escalations, and contract management.
• The ability to lead projects and influence cross-functional teams.
• A proactive mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Education & Languages

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Fluent in Romanian and English.
• Additional languages are an advantage.
