Jobwell Romania is recruiting a Program / Project Manager – Manufacturing to oversee and coordinate manufacturing-related projects, ensuring smooth execution across technical, production, and cross-functional teams.

This role plays a key part in driving operational efficiency, meeting delivery targets, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be responsible for coordinating all program activities to ensure objectives are delivered on time while consistently meeting the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities within assigned manufacturing programs, directly supervising technical teams, production teams, and external collaborators.
• Develop and manage project execution plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure objectives are met.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and strong working relationships.
• Track project progress against objectives and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management, partners, and beneficiaries, in line with contractual commitments.
• Ensure effective information flow across the program and with other departments (Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, etc.).
• Organize and lead regular project and status meetings with internal teams.
• Identify, manage, and resolve operational or project-related issues; escalate critical risks or blockers to senior management when required.
• Continuously propose improvements to workflows, processes, and coordination methods to increase efficiency and performance.
• Motivate, guide, and evaluate team members through clear communication, feedback, and performance monitoring.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating or managing projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field preferred).
• Strong PC skills (MS Office / project tracking tools).
• English – intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken).
• Postgraduate or specialized training in Management.
• Formal Project Management training or certification is an advantage.
