Key Responsibilities
1. Programmatic Operations and Performance
- Implementation: Configure and manage settings within the ad-server (Google Ad Manager) and in SSP/Exchange platforms (e.g., Google Ad Exchange, Prebid).
- Optimization: Daily monitoring of performance (e.g., Fill Rate, eCPM, Latency) and implementation of optimization tactics (e.g., floor prices, blocklists, header bidding settings) to maximize fill rate and revenue.
- Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, latency, or reporting discrepancies.
2. Strategic and Technological Development
- Innovation: Track programmatic market trends (e.g., Privacy Sandbox, CTV, DOOH) and propose new solutions or technological partnerships (new SSPs, Identity Solutions).
- Header Bidding: Manage and optimize the implementation of header bidding (client-side and/or server-side) to enhance competition and revenues.
- Programmatic Deals: Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure correct technical implementation and efficient delivery of PMP (Private Marketplace) and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
3. Reporting and Analysis
- Analysis: Generate detailed reports from Google Ad Manager and other platforms, analyze data, and present clear conclusions to management.
- Insights: Identify areas of opportunity based on data (e.g., performance by inventory, device, geography) and propose concrete actions.
What We're Looking For (Mandatory Requirements)
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role (Programmatic Operations, Ad Operations, Yield Management), preferably at a Publisher or Ad-Tech Vendor.
- Google Ad Manager Expertise: Advanced knowledge and solid practical experience with GAM – inventory settings, key-value creation, reporting.
- Ad-Tech Stack: Strong understanding of the Programmatic ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Exchange, DMP, Ad Server, Header Bidding).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to work with large datasets, extract conclusions, and make decisions based on key metrics (eCPM, CTR, Fill Rate, Latency).
- English Language: Advanced level (written and spoken) to communicate with international partners.
Highly Advantageous
- Experience with Header Bidding platforms (e.g., Prebid).
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and/or Python for debugging and simple implementations.
- Experience with Consent Management Platform (CMP) solutions and understanding of GDPR/ePrivacy regulations.
