About the Company: As a Project Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6. You will support Project Managers and Project Controls teams by providing timely and accurate scheduling data to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and time constraints.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Definition of Project objectives and main drivers (product/service performance, planning) to achieve customer satisfaction in the frame of the Contract
• Together with the Project Manager, in case of contractual scope evolution, rise variation order and manage it, plus manage the project solution, including the customization and specific configuration of the generic solution to meet Quality, Cost, Delivery and Performance (QCDP) commitments
• Identifying potential risks and obstacles that may impact project success, and develop strategies to mitigate these risks while proactively monitor project progress and address any deviations from the project plan to minimize disruptions and delays
• Facilitate communication, decision making and conflict resolution in a multicultural environment

Qualifications:

• Completed degree (Technical is appreciated)
• English Speaker
• Over 2 years of experience in scheduling activities
• Primavera P6 skills or MS Project -> mandatory
• Experience of working in distributed, multicultural teamwork environment
• You are a strong communicator, solution-oriented and show a high degree of responsibility
• Cost and planning control experience in engineering scope
• Energy or oil & gas experience is appreciated
