Responsibities:

• Organizing as-built / post-completion documentation for ongoing and completed projects
• Collecting, reviewing, and structuring documentation from project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring documentation completeness and compliance with project and contractual requirements
• Managing document versions, approvals, and archiving in internal systems (DMS, SharePoint, folders)
• Supporting project managers and site teams with documentation-related tasks
• Coordinating the flow of documents between internal departments and external stakeholders
• Preparing simple reports, registers, and document lists
• Supporting audits, handover processes, and investor documentation packages
