Your job will be to act as the key role of the Project Management Office (PMO), ensuring the correct application of project management methodologies, with the aim of ensuring the effective execution of projects, aligned with the strategic objectives of the company. You will lead the standardization of project management processes, structuring work structures and monitoring their progress, offering support to the areas involved and promoting the continuous development of the best management practices.

You're a Great Fit If You Have:

• Higher education in Engineering, Masters desired in Project Management;
• Knowledge in project management methodologies (PMBOK);
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management;
• Advanced English speaking and writing;
• Planning and Control Tools (MS Project): Ability to use software for schedule management, resource allocation and task/costs tracking;
• Basic knowledge on Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) to ensure flexibility and quick adaptation to changes in the project life cycle;
• Knowledge in cost control and budgeting to ensure that projects are planned and delivered within the defined financial goals. Experience in SAP would be a plus;
• Automation and Business Intelligence Tools (Power BI, advanced Excel): Use of tools to automate reports and generate insights from project data.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Act as a "focal point" in the management of the STIHL Romania project portfolio, seeking the optimization and balancing of the resources to be used;
• Be the "key user" of project management platforms, identifying and prioritizing improvements in the systems used;
• Seek the best project management practices in the market and propose it to be used in STIHL, contributing to the continuous improvement of STIHL RM Project Management;
• Develop dashboards, key performance indicators and methods for assessing the use of the platforms, the application and the results, identifying the main gaps and proposing improvements in processes;
• Develop, keep up to date, train and disseminate Project Management methodologies, as well as provide opportunities for the application of new management tools;
• Establish and steer the governance (meetings, forums, reports and indicators) of the Project portfolio;
• Develop and conduct Project Management training cycles to all areas;
• Establish and conduct systematic strategic planning of the project portfolio, aiming for the results to be in accordance with the company's goals and objectives;
• Support the project managers to keep projects updated.
