Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to coordinate and drive Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects. You will oversee project delivery, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication while ensuring successful execution across multiple initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate IAM projects from initiation to delivery.
• Monitor project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Track project KPIs and prepare status reports and dashboards.
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment across teams.
• Implement PMO best practices and governance processes.
• Work closely with Enterprise Architects, CISO teams, Service Managers, and technical teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT project management.
• Strong experience with project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, MS Teams).
• Knowledge of risk management, reporting, and project governance.
• Understanding of ITIL and DevOps methodologies.
• Familiarity with IAM solutions such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Okta, or SailPoint is an advantage.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.
