Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bucharest/Titu for a Project Management - Test Engineer specialized in the automotive sector. The role involves coordinating and managing various automotive testing projects, preparing and executing test plans, analyzing test results, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. The engineer will also contribute to process enhancements for improved efficiency and will coordinate with product development and testing teams to meet project milestones and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Project Management, Planning, and organizational skills to oversee and coordinate end-to-end projects

·       A good general knowledge of automobiles (components and operation);

·       A good understanding of experimental methods, customer and market analysis;

• Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail to interpret and validate test results
• Effective Communication skills for collaboration with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Experience in Product Development, especially in the automotive industry, and understanding of testing methodologies
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to tight deadlines
• Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• Good knowledge of English and French;

The scope :

·     Implementation, optimization, monitoring, and validation of the vehicle performance validation plan throughout all project phases

·       Development of projects and derivative versions

·       Validation of cost savings

·       Resolution of quality/project evolution issues

·       Obtaining up-to-date information on validation strategies

·       Documentation of specific databases

·       Analysis of results (OneVal / Spotfire)

·       Drafting of a summary report

·       Project monitoring/reporting
