About The RoleWe are looking for a Project Manager to join our partnership with one of Cloud Hyperscale Leaders. In this role, you will take ownership of delivering short-term, fixed-price projects in a fast-paced and highly dynamic environment.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Center of Excellence (CoE) and R&D units, contributing to the delivery of innovative solutions with a focus on agentic AI and emerging technologies (e.g., NVIDIA, OCI). This role is a great fit for a proactive leader who is comfortable working with uncertainty, knows how to streamline delivery processes, and is driven to create tangible business value for the client.ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the end-to-end delivery of multiple short-term, fixed-price projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelinesBuild and maintain strong relationships with partnership stakeholders, client stakeholders, as well as internal engineering, CoE, and R&D teamsOpen new contracts and explore existing onesManage promoters/neutral and detractors with proper actioning behind the executionLead project planning, estimation, risk management, and reporting, ensuring transparency and predictability throughout the delivery lifecycleEnsure quality gates are established for projects and effectively enable them for the project-qualified outcomeUnderstand the technical foundation of the projects that are based on emerging tech (AI, RAG, Cloud (OCI), NVIDIA, Digital Twins)Understand the value chain and how the projects contribute to itWork with PdM and Oracle CoE to maximise business value and optimise the cost of delivery, eliminating wasteEffectively manage scope and change requests within fixed-price constraintsEnsure compliance with SoftServe PMO standards, governance, and best practicesEliminate redundancy and set a tailoring process based on project objectivesEnable clear and efficient communication across distributed and cross-functional teams for different target audiencesExpand stakeholder networkSupport the adoption of agentic AI approaches and modern delivery practicesContinuously look for opportunities to improve processes and optimise efficiencyProactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations in a fast-changing environmentMentor and support team members, fostering accountability, growth, and continuous improvementRequirements3+ years of experience in Project Management, including experience in a Project Manager role5+ years of experience in the IT industryProven experience delivering fixed-price projects with strong scope and financial controlBackground in working within dynamic environments with multiple short-term initiativesExperience collaborating with CoE and/or R&D teamsModerate technical background and learning agility (e.g., software engineering, AI/Agentic, NVIDIA, Cloud (OCI or other hyperscaler), engineering quality gates)Understanding of AI/ML concepts, with preference for experience in agentic AI approachesStrong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and hybrid delivery modelsProven skills in risk management, estimation, and stakeholder managementExcellent communication, leadership, and negotiation abilitiesProficiency in navigating ambiguity, adapting quickly, and making data-driven decisionsExperience working with enterprise-scale clients (Oracle or similar is a plus)SoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
