Role Overview
To support our strategic business growth, we are seeking a Project Manager to join our Bucharest office. The role sits within the Project Management Department and is responsible for managing project budgets, planning activities and technical challenges across industrial and commercial construction projects. The Project Manager will also build and manage effective working relationships with clients, subcontractors and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Job Description

• Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications.
• Support contract negotiations with external vendors.
• Assist in obtaining required permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
• Identify and plan required resources, including manpower, equipment and materials, from project start to completion while respecting budget constraints.
• Support operational planning and schedule intermediate project phases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Manage project team members and allocate responsibilities.
• Lead project teams and coordinate interactions with clients and contractors.
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed status reports.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety standards and report any issues.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a construction Project Manager with a focus on industrial and commercial projects.
• Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials and project management principles.
• Knowledge of quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Familiarity with construction and project management software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Team oriented mindset with demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification is considered an advantage.
• Availability for business travel on project needs.
