Steer work packages and milestones within the project team using prescribed methods and systems. Lead international projects with a focus on high performance and achieving predefined goals. Support planning, tracking, and achievement of project, quality, timing, and commercial targets. Engage in customer discussions and support product industrialization activities. Lead cross-functional meetings through effective communication and moderation. Work flexibly in a diverse environment and travel occasionally when required. Work proficiently in written and spoken English.
