Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial transfer and industrialization projects in a manufacturing environment involving machining and mechanical assembly. The role involves managing product transfers between sites and ensuring successful ramp-up, including budgeting, FAI, PPAP, process development, and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle product transfer projects across sites
• Manage project budget, schedule, and resources
• Coordinate industrialization: process validation, work instructions, tooling
• Ensure FAI and PPAP completion
• Oversee machinery installation and integration
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage risks and corrective actions
• Train production/technical staff
• Support production ramp-up to meet KPIs
• Report project progress and key milestones
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar
• 3–5 years experience in manufacturing project management
• Knowledge of machining (lathes, milling), assembly, lean principles
• Experience with industrialization, FAI, PPAP, transfers
• Proficient in project tools (e.g., MS Project)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization
• Ability to manage cross-functional priorities
  

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP or Prince2 certification
• Experience in multi-site or multinational environments
• ERP knowledge (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Familiarity with tooling, layout, or automation
