Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex network infrastructure projects (LAN, WLAN, Security)
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Take ownership of crisis and problem management, ensuring effective resolution in critical situations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors in large enterprise environments
• Oversee network design, implementation, and optimization initiatives
• Ensure alignment with ITIL processes and best practices
• Provide strategic input on technical architecture and infrastructure improvements
• Monitor project performance and ensure high-quality delivery standards

Must-Have Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within IT/networking
• Proven experience handling crisis situations and complex problem resolution
• Strong knowledge of networking technologies and vendor solutions
• Hands-on experience delivering large-scale network projects (LAN, WLAN, Security)
• Solid expertise in Routing, Switching, and Network Security
• Certification in ITIL Foundation and ITIL Expert (or equivalent)
• Certification in IPMA Level C and Level B (or equivalent)
• English proficiency at minimum C1 level

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Additional vocational or technical certifications in networking or IT
• Deep expertise in network architecture and design
• Broad understanding of IT infrastructure ecosystems (applications, databases, security)
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintenance of enterprise network environments
• Knowledge of vendor technologies, roadmaps, and industry trends
• Experience in service provider/ISP environments and peering
• Strong capability in developing technical concepts and solutions for complex projects
