Purpose of the Job:

The Project Manager at Ogooga is a pivotal force in the translation of business objectives into actionable product initiatives. Acting as the connective tissue between stakeholders, technology teams, content creators, and operational units, the PM ensures that every digital product, feature, and platform enhancement serves a clear purpose: to create seamless, high-converting experiences for casino players across Ogooga’s portfolio.

As a leader of product delivery and optimization, the PM is expected to own the tactical activity & project / product feature roadmap, prioritize enhancements, and maximize efficiency, usability, and revenue impact. Working hand-in-hand with SEO, Content, Tech, and Data teams, the PM champions performance, scalability, and user experience across all 8 websites and connected platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage implementation of one or more projects / products: websites (casino-focused), mobile apps and other internal initiatives / products (e.g., AI tools development).
• Execute & implement the yearly tactical & product feature development plan for the respective website (based on yearly KPI)
• Collect, evaluate, and translate business and user needs into clear briefs.
• Help define and execute product and feature roadmaps in alignment with company growth and performance objectives.
• Coordinate closely and manage workflows of the Content, SEO, Tech, and Acquisition teams to align product improvements with growth goals.
• Ensure continuous optimization of conversion rates, load speed, UX performance, Core Web Vitals and automation efficiency.
• Lead implementation of automation and AI solutions that enhance content publishing, user targeting, or performance tracking.
• Monitor project / product KPIs and user feedback to guide iteration cycles and launch impactful feature updates.
• Support data integration and visualization efforts for improved decision-making across departments.
• Prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Ensure fast iteration, solid testing loops, and agile delivery of new features, funnels, and modules.
• Keep an eye on competitor trends, SEO shifts, and new market opportunities

AI & Automation Focus

• Identify and scope AI tools for A/B testing, content generation, predictive analytics, and performance alerts.
• Work with CTO and Tech leads to prioritize AI integration projects that reduce manual processes or enhance user segmentation.
• Promote internal adoption of AI tools for content scoring, layout testing, and offer personalization.
